For emergency data recovery situations, we will schedule same-day UPS pick up at your location, as well as same-day UPS delivery to your location when returning your recovered data.

Emergency nationwide on-site pickup by courier.
1. Wrap your drive (or other storage device) in anti-static bubble wrap or in anti-static foam.
2. Place the drive (or other storage device) in a box twice its size, and fill the remainder of the box with packing peanuts, crumpled newspaper, or bubble wrap.
3. Include the completed Work Order Confirmation.
4. If you are paying your Diagnostics Fee by company check or money order, attach it to your completed Work Order Confirmation.
We recommend using FedEx Overnight shipping, or UPS shipping.
PLEASE pack your drive (or other storage device) carefully to prevent further damage to your hardware and data. Improper packing can cause further damage, making data unrecoverable or requiring more extensive recovery procedures.
